Job Announcement: Head Women's Basketball Coach - Columbia Basin College

Columbia Basin College ("CBC" or the "College") seeks a Completion Coach/Head Women's Basketball Coach to assist�in the delivery of comprehensive specialized services to enhance the retention and completion results of students at CBC.� The Completion Coach will employ proactive interventions for at-risk students, academic progress monitoring, general systems navigation, educational planning and provide academic advising during peak registration periods to support retention, persistence, and completion.� This position will be responsible for retention efforts and advising for student athletes and for a comprehensive call-out program to assist students with college transition. In addition to Completion Coach duties, this position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of a competitive women's basketball program within the guidelines of the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) and the College. �This position reports to the Associate Dean for Student Retention and Completion as well as the Director for Athletics for coaching responsibilities.

Note: This salary is a combined amount of Completion Coach annual salary ($50,000 - $60,000) and stipend for Head Women's Basketball Coach ($8,000).
