Event: 5 Kilometer Cross Country; Mark: 18:31 at Ken Garland Classic - NWAC Preview
"Micaela had a terrific summer of training and it is showing on the race course," said Spokane head coach Sean McLachlan. "Her time of 18:30 at the NWAC preview was her 2018 season debut and 11 seconds faster than she ran at the championship last year - a full 6 weeks earlier as well. We are excited to see what she can do the rest of the season as she gets even fitter!"
